Every team must comply with the obligations/agreements that have been made.
This concerns the method of recording as well as the quality of the video footage. This can vary for each sport.
In any case, the following applies:
- The home team records the video and uploads it to the exchange match.
- The video must be uploaded within 24 hours after the match
What if you don't meet your obligations?
If you haven't uploaded the home match, you won't be able to see any of the other matches that weekend.
If you fail to meet your obligations twice, you will no longer be able to see any matches of other teams in your pool. However, you can always view your own videos.
The match has not been recorded due to force majeure, what now?
The match was played on a different field without an automatic camera, the camera broke, the SD card was damaged. It can all happen.
That's why it's very important to always have an alternative camera at hand. It can even be a mobile phone. But not being able to upload your match should be avoided.
That's why we don't make exceptions, if you can't record the match, you can't upload it and you can't view other people's matches either.
If this happens twice, you can't participate in the exchange anymore.
We can't deviate from this rule, because doing so would always disadvantage the teams that do meet their obligations.
